How Shoora Partners collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our websites or get in touch with us.

Shoora Partners (“Shoora”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of Opencube Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14576487), registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. It covers shoorapartners.com, shoorapartners.ae (in English and Arabic) and any emails or calls that start from them.
We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For visitors in the United Arab Emirates we also follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
We only collect what you give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. The scorecard score is calculated from your answers only to produce your report.
Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK and UAE, mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area. When that happens we rely on a UK adequacy decision (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We apply equivalent safeguards for transfers out of the UAE.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the UAE, the UAE Data Office.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to people who need it, and check and rate-limit every form submission on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you and the regulator about a breach where the law requires it.
Children. Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Links to other websites. Our site links to sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy. We'll post any update on this page and change the “Last updated” date. For significant changes we'll also tell you by email if we have your address.
